The 5-Mile Fitness Challenge allows participants to choose a race distance (5 miles, 5K, or 1 mile) with accumulator fitness stations spread throughout the distance. Participants complete each fitness station before continuing with their run and proceeding to the next station.
Have fun with The 5-Mile Fitness Challenge either by yourself or with your friends! The 5-Mile Fitness Challenge accepts all levels of athletes, from beginners to the most experienced racers. Are you ready to accept the challenge?
